It was reported that two cars crashed at the intersection of Billie Ln, on Georgia Ln.
According to Louisville Metro Police Department’s report, a 40-year-old man crashed his silver-colored Lexus into another car along Georgia Ln. The other vehicle (white-colored) was driven by a 29-year-old man who was driving along Billie Lane, police said. It was reported that the Lexus drove above the speed limit into the intersection at Billie Ln, near Maco Ln. And it reported that he struck the white car on the right (passenger) side.
The Lexus struck the white car forcefully into the shoulder of the road, police said. The driver of the white car was reported to have severe injuries. Also the driver of the Lexus and the passenger in the car were injured. They reportedly sustained injuries to the head, chest, hip and back.
First emergency responders attended to the accident victims immediately after they arrived at the site of the crash. It was reported that the driver of the white car, that ended up in the shoulder of the road was in a coma.
While the police are still investigating the cause of the cause, the crash victims were taken to the hospital for treatment.
