Dr. Brian Elias, from The Accident and Injury Team, comments on this crash. “Pedestrians and bicyclists are a common concern for motorists. Visibility is often impaired when crashes like this occur. It is important for pedestrians to remain in well lit areas, and cross only at designated crosswalks when it is safe. Accidents like this are very deadly and great concern should be taken when driving in populated areas.”
