According to Boston Police Department, a 2015 Cadillac CTS was involved in a single-car accident on MA-28, with two people severely injured.
It was reported that this crash occurred southbound of MA-28, Blue Hill Avenue. The blue colored Cadillac was driven by a 37-year-old man, police said. There was also a passenger in the car when the crash happened. The car reportedly rolled over several times before coming to a halt. Boston Police Department stated that it was not yet known what caused the car to rollover.
It was revealed that a driver traveling along this route called for help at the scene of the crash. First emergency responders arrived at the site of the accident to rescue the victims. According to the report, the two people involved sustained life-threatening injuries. The driver was stuck in the car, and the emergency crew reportedly were able to remove him. Both accident victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The cause of the crash is still being investigated.
